Let’s Hear From Carmen …

What are you passionate about? In or out of work.

 

As it applies to work, I am most passionate about being able to help the Team.  Collaborating with others to ensure that we are providing the best quality work that we can for our customers.  Promoting relationships within a remote department can be challenging but I truly believe that this is the cornerstone of a great team. I get pretty geeky when it comes to coding-having been in this world for over 30 years, it is exciting when faced with a challenging case or question to be able to solve it and arrive at an answer for someone.  Teaching and providing guidance for coding is my jam.

 

Outside of work my passion definitely lies with my family.  Although grown and on their own now, we always make time to stay connected.  We have enjoyed family vacations every year since they were born, as I feel that dedicated time to just get away as a family and have fun is so important.  When we talk about our memories, it is those trips that stand out the most for all of us and we cherish them.
